These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of any website in the Wildfire CityPages network, operated by Wildfire Internet ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Resident accounts are free. To participate in community discussions you must complete address verification by entering the code from a postcard mailed to your address. Verified residents may post and reply in city-level discussions. Providing a false address to obtain verification is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account removal.
Business accounts are subject to a monthly subscription fee as described on our Pricing page. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current. Cancellation terms are described in our Cancellation Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Detailed community posting guidelines are available in our Help section. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion.
Access to Business Hub posting categories — including Business Events, Business Journal, Press Releases, Industry Advice, Specials & Offers, and Job Openings — is available to verified business account holders at the S tier and above. Posts must be relevant to your business and your local community. We reserve the right to remove posts that are off-topic, promotional in nature beyond the intended category, or otherwise inappropriate.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting on CityPages you grant Wildfire Internet a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the CityPages network. You represent that you have the rights to any content you post and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on CityPages infringes your copyright, please send a notice to us through our contact page with the following: a description of the copyrighted work, a description of where the infringing content appears on our site, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized. We will respond promptly and remove infringing content where appropriate.
CityPages is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted by users or businesses. User-generated content reflects the views of the individual poster, not Wildfire Internet.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wildfire Internet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use CityPages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify business account holders of material changes by email. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Illinois.
