Wildfire Internet operates the Wildfire CityPages network of local community websites (collectively, "CityPages," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using any CityPages site you agree to this policy.
When you create a resident account we collect your first and last name, email address, and home mailing address. Your address is used solely to mail a verification postcard confirming you live in the community. We do not display your address publicly.
When you register a business we collect your name, email address, business name, business address, and phone number. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full credit card number.
We log your IP address and basic browser information when you visit the site. We use Google reCAPTCHA on registration forms to help prevent automated abuse. reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not use third-party advertising networks or allow outside advertisers to target you based on your data. Banner placements on CityPages are purchased directly by local businesses in our network and are not connected to your personal information or browsing behavior.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account we will delete your personal information within 30 days upon request. Some information may be retained longer where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the address below. Resident accounts can be closed from your account settings. Business account cancellations are covered in our Cancellation Policy.
You must be at least 16 years old to create a CityPages account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we learn that an account was created by someone under 16, we will delete the account and all associated information promptly. If you believe an underage account exists, please contact us.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
